Ron Givens is an Honorably Discharged United States Marine with over 40 years of real-world experience in shooting and high-level firearms training and tactics. Ron is Certified by SIG Sauer Academy in many disciplines including, Pistol Instructor, Active Shooter Response Instructor, Defensive Pistol and Carbine Instructor, Low Light Pistol Instructor, Long Range Precision Scoped Rifle and more. Ron is also certified as an NRA Instructor, Range Safety Officer (RSO) and by California’s Department of Justice as an Instructor and is certified by the California Attorney General as a Comparable Training Entity to certify other DOJ instructors and firearms industry employees to administer the Firearms Safety Certificate Exam.
